"Stayed for 3 nights. The place is easy to access via metro and in a very nice neighborhood. Everything seems to be in order, the room is clean and the staff is very nice. Etty is very helpful and considerate. I would come back time time I come by D.C. My one recommendation is to the house is to add some laundry service (i.e. self service) and open up the balcony on the second floor. Giving this stay a 5/5."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s a 30 minute drive to DC. The hotel interior has a classic and simplistic art decor. The room was clean and had a similar art style decor with a glass enclosed shower, the standard necessities and steamer instead of an iron. I would definitely recommend staying here based on the price point and distance to DC."

"We had the most charming state in Georgetown. The Poppy is clean, warm, welcoming, and inviting. Check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was essentially located to everything in Georgetown and downtown DC. It was quiet and the beds were super comfortable. I hope to be back again."
