"Hostel-type setting with shared bathrooms down the hall. Historic building with very narrow, steep stairways (pretty interesting, actually). Comfortable bed, good location for B&O Railroad Museum and several other sights. Decent budget-friendly stay."

Location was perfect for walking around, the boat taxi is right outside the front entrance. The parking garage was easy to use.
