"The hotel was very lovely, stylish and clean, and felt cozy. Bed was comfy and the room kept warm in the evening. There’s extra amenities near the rooms if you run out of anything. There is parking on the drive which is very handy if you’re travelling by car. The location is great, and the riverside walk to reach the city was a great way to start the mornings. "The property was in a great location that gave the opportunity to walk into the city or take a bus from outside the property. The property is on the is older but in great condition and the facilities were average for such a property. The staff were friendly and happy to share local knowledge along with their thoughts about venues to visit along with places to eat. We would use this property again as we like visiting York and the surrounding area "
