The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. "My 11th visit to Playa del Ingles but the first time at these apartments. Communication before trip was great and check in seemless (although I didn’t note his name). Apartment was all I could wish for as a solo traveller,with nice touch of Prosecco on arrival. Restaurants, supermarket and entertainment nearby and very handy for the beach. Room cleaned on request and the whole block was kept maintained and spotless by the lovely Rodrigo and Imna. A wonderful chilled week and can’t wait to...

"The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees. Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes. The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful."
