"Everything I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Great location and very comfortable. Friendly staff too "

"The location is quite convenient for shopping, restaurants, as well as high speed railway station."

"Great stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived at the front gate. The bell staff and doormen were welcoming, helpful, and very personable. The front desk team was professional, efficient, and made the check-in process seamless. "Very pleasant staff and also accommodating. Will visit again and put up here for sure."

"The location is very convenient to each area and business center. We enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to my friends."

"The butler service is really great! Staff are friendly and helpful."

"空港からはアクセスしやすいですが、長沙の市内からは離れています。長沙空港でのトランジット、空港から長沙南駅に移動しての高鉄乗換があるときに利用するのが良いかと思います。ホテル内はとても綺麗で快適です。"

"Great breakfast. Was unable to do laundry. Otherwise great experience. Great staff"

"Staff is helpful and hotel is clean"

"Rooms smell like smoke even if a non-smoking floor/room. It was, however, a beautiful and clean looking hotel. The hotel charges to use the amenities they offer to potential customers. Be aware. Staff is young and will often laugh and whisper about you, in front of you. It’s very inappropriate, as they assume you do not speak any mandarin. The location was not ideal for us. I would not stay here unless on business in the future."

"Great location and our river view room had a perfect view of the Mount Mao statue. Evening buffet was very generous and plenty of choice for all tastes"

"Overall budget friendly"

"Many small supermarkets nearby. Clean room. Good shower."
