The staff were supremely responsive — special requests were accommodated and questions were answered within minutes. The self check-in process was a breeze. Complimentary ear plugs were provided, but we didn’t need them. Noise was not an issue whatsoever, and we were in the room closest to street level. "We have stayed at this hotel before and we really liked the location. If you get the corner unit you will have 2 balconies. Location was right between Old Montreal and downtown and right in Chinatown. It was 2 blocks away from where the Montreal Jazz Festival is located. Parking in the hotel basement is convenient and reasonably priced with in and out privileges. There is also a washer and dryer in the room to wash your clothes.
