"Great location, great staff, clean rooms side nice amenities. Great gym, bar and restaurant"

"Amazing. I have NOTHING negative to say about this place. We went here for a staycation and we were during how much we loved it! The location, pool, hot tub, the room!!!!, and breakfast. All exceptional!! We have stayed at a lot of places all over the country and this is top tier. Especially for the price. We loved the room and how nice the little kitchen was. The breakfast was elevated with great hot options. The bar had happy hour and the bartender made fantastic drinks!! We will definitely...

"Always a great experience made better this trip by Anne who helped with an important work project that allowed me to complete a project by the due date. Kady at the pool bar, CiCi (spelling?) at Neighborhood Services, and even those I didn’t meet made my stay amazing."

"Wonderful check in. Room was available early which made the whole stay so much more enjoyable. Great rooftop pool. SkySill was great for cocktails and had a view of A Mountain."

"Location was great and room was great but it was a bigger room and the AC only hit certain parts which left others including the restroom hot which in AZ is a little rough."

"Found ourselves in a tight spot and had to stay here for over 2 months, the staff here is amazing, Elle, Angie, and Garrett, and security guy” were always friendly, and would go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable."

"room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great will defiantly stay here again."

"Clean room, good breakfast , easy parking and good location"

"Great stay right across the street from campus. Also, they have an airport shuttle coming and going every hour on the hour! Be sure to ask about it if you need a ride"

"Good place to stay for business n family time. Very accessible."

"The staff is always very personable and helpful. The property is well maintained despite its age. The hotel is well located in downtown Tempe and is generally the best option pricewise compared to other properties in the area. Also, the property is easily accessed from the airport via the Light Rail which is less expensive than Uber or a car rental."

"As long as your ok with freeway noise and somewhat thin walls, it a great Value(stay) for the price!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat since it was super clean with helpful and friendly staff."
