"English speaking staff were nearly non existent. Front desk staff Miffy was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Our room had a badly leaky shower hose, more water leaked than coming out of the shower head. Other than that, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Will stay again."

"!!!Note the name of the hotel!!! Then punch it in Apple Maps. Address is either wrong or there is confusion. Taxi drivers will not figure out where it is otherwise. And the hotel has a different name. Rooms were well cleaned. Shops are a bit of a walk but there are lots. Not far is Lo Wu but by walk it’s a bit tricky. Pool is a bit small but ok."

"I stayed in this hotel primarily because it was one block away from where I had to work for two days. The staff was attentive, but not very good at recommending places for dinner and nightlife. The room was, small, a little run down, but clean and had the necessary amenities. Hotel has a good massage center open 24 hours, prices are good as well as the service."
