"Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel in Santiago and my favourite in the city, great restaurant bar and attached to an outdoor shopping mall with some nice places to eat. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The rooms are huge and very comfortable."

"Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design"

"Room is clean except for shower ceiling where it looks like there is mold. Otherwise everything is clean and amenities such as kettle for making tea towels tissues all very good. Location is in a very good area with lots of choices for restaurants Front desk staff extremely helpful Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Dinner was very tasty "
