"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

"Air-conditioning was not able to heat up the room. Combination of low temperature outside and strong wind resulted in quite horrible stay in cold (13C in the room!!). The expected seaview was actually blocked by newly-build terrace of neighbouring building. Well not-recommended!"

"It is a house with 4 separate rooms and a big share living room. Super clean maintained in very high standard. Very stylish in comfort exactly the same in the photos. It just few minutes drive from the night market. The kitchen serves nice coffee, juice and soya mike. Simple and healthy breakfast including sandwiches and fresh fruits. It was a very good accommodation experience. "

"Very homely minsu with a superb breakfast the traditional Taiwanese way. Room was big and comfortable with fabulous sheets- bed size was king size for us in the quadruple room. We stayed for 5 nights and used it as a base for travelling around Yilan.The lobby was as well comfortable with an indoor playground with ball pits for kids. "It was amazing, we stayed on Monday and there was NO ONE IN THE HOTEL EXCEPT THE STAFF AND US. The breakfast was fine, elevator was good, the room had some space which is good. There was a really big shower and bathroom area and there was also breakfast. The outside view was good and the hotel was mostly awesome."
