"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"

"Staff and location is great. The rooms were super nice and the food was very delicious. Only reason it’s not a 5 is because I asked for a shower chair for my wife prior to arriving. Fortunately they did provide a plastic chair (not the best for my wife) but it was still better than nothing. I recommend this hotel to anyone however I wouldn’t recommend for wheelchair users. I’ll definitely come back but hope they provide actual shower chairs in the future. "

"We had an incredible stay. The space had everything we needed and we loved having a beautiful outdoor space to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were traveling with our infant. It was invaluable to have laundry and a drinkable water station. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some comfy robes!"
