"Modern Hotel with kitchenette, good for a longer stay. Many good restaurants around hotel. The El Brete Parrilla right across the street had excellent food and super friendly staff. The hotel was in good condition and more modern. The room was quite big. Only issue I had was that no matter how you used the shower - you ended up with quite a bit of water on the floor. The floor in the room was all vinyl plank and tile - nice not to have a carpet that is not so easily cleaned. "

"The room was really charming and very clean! I found out that the owner is French, so it makes sense that the design/decor is beautiful! The breakfast is good, and the hotel is very convenient for walking around Palermo (safe neighborhood!) The staff (Cecile) was always there to buzz me in or assist me. "This is a post-industrial bohemian living space walking distance from excellent cafes and restaurants in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Only minor issue was the volatile organic compound odor from the painting operations in the adjacent art studio."

"The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."

"We were delighted with the property. The place is kept very clean, with service daily. Adriana was the main housekeeper and she was most cordial, as well as her assistants. The front desk was most helpful. Cecilia was delightful and gave us maximum help answering all our questions. There are only 3 microwaves in the property, but a refrigerator and kitchenette for every room. The area is commercial with clothes discounts. The place is highly recommended. "
