Her son played piano a few times. Her mother prepares stunning breakfasts, different everyday. I stayed in the room with private balcone and an amazing view. Santa Teresa is a lovely neighborhood with great restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. The area also feels safe! "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very nice and I had the room with the jacuzzi which worked very well and it was very spacious but not so big that you thought you were in a swimming pool. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Some of the stuff is a little dated like the TV but it is a very cozy space. Everything worked well in the room to include the TV and it was surprisingly quiet. There are many restaurants close by as well. It's in a very good spot."

"Very simple, but central hotel close to the airport Santo Dumont in Rio de Janeiro. Some good places to eat and bars around. Good value for money. Don't expect the same quality as in Europe. Need some refreshing... "

"It's a pretty good state but one of the things that people might need to know is that because you're downtown and close to a water source like the beach when it rains get mosquito repellent or mosquito spray which you can find at the stores. What's great about this hotel is that has a market a minute down the street to the left and a fruit market same direction. It's a very convenient spot and you are right by the subway station as well."
