"The room was absolutely adorable. Small, but perfect. Loved the building! Very clean, the heat was nice and cozy. Loved the location, great places to eat, shop, safe neighborhood, staff was super friendly. Parking garage was right across the street. Price was excellent. If I go back to DC anytime soon I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!!!"

"I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St. Metro is just a block walk. "This is a modest and inexpensive hotel, but it's well-run, very clean, in a fine, central, but safe location, and the staff are courteous, helpful, and responsive to requests. I saved a lot of money by staying there for four days and left content. One suggestion: the hotel is one block from a row of shops and restaurants on 17th Street that do good breakfasts. I especially recommend Prego that does a world-class BLT. The hotel should list & advertise them."

"We had no need for business facilities. Close to a # of shops and restaurants. Pet friendly. Valet parking was expensive but probably in line compared to other places in DC. Although expensive, we could get car quickly. "

"Very convenient location. It was easy to walk from/ to centrally and also right next to DuPont Circle metro station for those days when we didn’t feel like walking. The lifts were a bit slow (with one out of three not working). The rooms were serviced twice a day (including an evening turn down service). Would recommend the hotel"
