"The only place we will stay when visiting Chicago. Perfectly clean and spacious suite room with excellent amenities. Food portions are generous and well served. Jacqueline checked us in for this stay and our last one and she is the best front desk staff you’ll ever find! The security staff wearing Trump jackets made us feel good and safe when walking the dog after dark. Friendly valet and bellhops. It doesn’t get better than this. "

"We enjoyed our stay for the second time this year. The room was the same corner views I believe a floor or two higher. Everything is local and parking in the garage is very simple. We even had our Autistic daughter’s service pet with us which assisted our daughter during our stay. "We were in town for a family member’s medical procedure so we didn’t use any amenities at the hotel. The jetted bathtub in the King Spa Suite was my saving grace after long days at the hospital. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We won’t be returning to Chicago, but i definitely recommend this hotel!!"
