"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"The room is a bit dated , but location is convenient and next to Hakata train and bus station . The room is small as typical in a Japanese hotel . The best part to me is the onsen on site to use at the end of the day."
