When we got to the 4th floor, where our room was, the hallways spelled damp - like maybe mildew-y? Also, it was difficult to get in touch with the hotel. They apparently don't have phones? However, if you leave a message, someone will call you back right away. I just wish they communicated that process on their website. I got VERY frustrated trying to get in touch with a live person....
