"The staff were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast included a great variety with food to suit all tastes. We stayed here to visit Basle which was a short tram ride away. It took about half an hour to get to the tram station. I think this would be a good hotel to visit if on a motorbike tour as there's a big car park and an excellent bar. "The hote is clean, quiet, fancy, modern in a great location. You could walk up to France and Switzerland :). Next to beautiful Rhein river and pretty park. On the top of everything it is next to a shopping mall with a big supermarket in. I enjoyed my time there "

"Everyone at the hotel were so helpful and kind. Especially Jasmine at the hotel reception was so wonderfully cheerful and lovely, she let us choose our own music to play when we were the only customers in the lobby bar. The hotel breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of options, and it only cost 15e! If you asked, you could also get gluten-free bread. The train station is very close by, so it was easy to get to Basel where we were at the Eurovision Song Contest. My sister and I recommend...

"The staff were ever so helpful. A lot of the staff spoke multiple languages, which helped a lot. (I am only English speaking) Catered for gluten free and offered oat and soya milk. Fully stocked fridge with beer, water and soft drinks. 5 mins walk from the highstreet. 20 min walk to vitra museum. Only rated 4/5 for condition because there was ongoing maintenance which I wasn’t aware of. However this didn’t disrupt our stay. The room was perfect and breakfast was great. "

"We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great."
