The mattress, while still firm, is a bit softer and more comfortable than is typical in Taiwan hotels. The staff is always helpful."

Well run, fantastic staff that was truly interested in the customer experience over following a set of rigid rules and regulations for the hotels own benefit at the expense of the human experience. "Room while small, is very clean and comfortable! Reasonable price. Close to subway and bus stations that take you to Taipei Station within 20 mins if you time the public transportation right. Lots of good food around the hotel, & the hotel itself also is a cafe where you can order food and drinks at the lobby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to introduce you to the hotel surrounding. Very recommending, and definitely will stay there again when I visit Taipei in the future! "

"Location was excellent. Very clean room and great staff. Breakfast was substantial with many hot dishes you would expect to find in a restaurant for lunch or dinner. Given the choice, we would have preferred a simpler breakfast option of cereal and orange juice. A short train or taxi ride would take you to the Taipei City Mall. It is huge, All underground and complete with a high end department store spread over 2 floors. The food hall is incredible with excellent choices and very reasonable...
