"We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "

"Ideal hotel if you want to be away from the main hub of Osaka. Some great food spots around Shin-Osaka if you’re looking for a quieter area compared to Dotonburi and Kuromon market. 3 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station made it easy to get in and out of. 20 minutes to get to Namba station. Facilities were excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful for all of our needs. "

"Great location. The main station is 5 mins walk away, the metro 3 min away! All shops near by! The room itself came with every amenity possible including toothbrush, razor, comb and even the usual bathroom kit! Worth every penny, clean and well maintained And the biggest plus point - the rooms are soundproof! Didn’t hear a whimper except the faint road noise. But that seems negatively given its location!"
