"Excellent hotel for stay in Osaka. Hotel is in a quiet residential area but still 2 train stations are in 15 minutes walking distance. There are 2 family marts nearby for quick snacks. Room was spacious and well maintained. Will definitely book again if I visit Osaka. "

"The building itself appears to be old but the space itself looks renovated, clean, and as advertised. The pictures are brighter than the actual amount of light it gets but I would stay here again for short trips."

"The property was as advertised. The rooms are large enough for two people with lots of luggage (it was our last stop before flying out). Staff are friendly, there is free bread and coffee for breakfast if you are up early enough. Location is good, close to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi (good shopping and food). Also its an easy walk to Round One which was so much fun. Would stay again next time I visit Osaka :)"
