"The soundproofing and odor control in the single room are excellent. Once you close the door, you have your own independent AC, a small TV, and a luggage rack. There's also a window with great natural light, and you get a direct view of the street when you open the curtains. The only slight downside is that the concrete floor in the room is peeling a bit. The location is acceptable, just about a 5 to 10-minute walk to the JR...

"This was the second time we stayed at Shin-Yokohama Associa Hotel on our way to the airport at Haneda. We especially like the ease of getting to the hotel after getting off the bullet train and then taking the bus to Haneda from the same building. In addition, the hotel is clean and bright. The staff are patient and helpful. The lounge is a nice amenity."
