"I am not that familiar with Chicago, but knew I didn’t want to be in the center of the convention crowds. I researched hotels and public transportation & decided Sentral Michigan might work for a reasonable price. Turns out - it was perfect! It is an apartment building that rents out the unoccupied apartments. So you have a lot more space than a hotel. You can cook meals, take advantage of the facility amenities & it is perfectly located! Public transportation from Chicago Midway was easy...
