"The hotel was very conviently located about a 25 minute walk from the main areas of kyoto. It was also close to the train eaten station. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The included breakfast of rice porridge was simple but nourishing. The rooms are compact and the only issue was the water temperature in the shower would occasionally drop to a colder temperature."

"Decent place to keep your things while you visit Kyoto. Close to Nijō Castle and other sites. Buses run conveniently and you’re close to Ōmiya subway station. Free curry and rice in the evening, can’t go wrong. Food shopping is also close if you’re keeping food in your room. "

"Spacious hotel in a quiet neighborhood and reasonable priced. That is the positive. However, the rooms were dusty, there was lack of utensils, dish soap but no sponge, washer had no dryer function, no front desk service and everything just looked dated."
