"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. "Convenient to station and local dining and shopping. An excellent base for my needs in the Kashiwa and Matsudo areas, with occasional trips to Tokyo. It is clean and well maintained, but fairly basic w.r.t. amenities, but that was fine with me. I have stayed here previously and anticipated doing so again."
