"Staff brilliant location even better most comfortable bed I have had among my many trips to Japan small scuffs and bits of wallpaper peeling here and there but that doesn’t take away from how comfortable and safe I felt as a solo female traveler in this hotel I would highly recommend it"

Otsuka, where the hotel is, is only 20mins by train to Shibuya - and a 2mins walk to Otsuka station (on the Yamamote Line). It’s well worth being slightly further away to get a more sensibly priced hotel. "

"We were sceptical at first as this was labelled “love hotel”. We only stayed one night for the late check-in as we were only passing through. So glad we stayed here, it was the best stay in Japan! The bed and pillow were so comfortable, jacuzzi is amazing and they provide so many toilets amenities - hair curler, straighteners, hair mask, bubble bath etc.. very soundproof (if uhm you are worried about the noise). We wish we could stayed more nights there. "

"This property is truly a hidden gem!!!!!!!! For being in Japan, we had a sizable room with 4 twin beds and we were all comfortable!!! There’s a Family Mart right next door and a refrigerator and freezer to keep things in!!!!! Ikebukuro station is just a short walk away and restaurants were plenty!!!! I will definitely stay there again!!!! "

"Very convenient location only a couple of blocks from the Yamanote line on a not that busy station. Very friendly staff. Offered complementary several bottles of water when arriving. Highly recommended. I’ll consider this place in the future for when I visit Tokyo again! Thanks!"

"The B Ikebukuro was a great hotel. Had a triple twin bed room. The room needs a little updating, but the hotel was good overall. Breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel is about 5 minute walk to station. Lots of restaurants and entertainment around the hotel."

"The Hotel Bellclassic foyer looks very classy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Checking in went smoothly. The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was surprisingly spacious. However the room did feel a little dated and it showed with various stains in the carpet and curtains. It was also a little dusty in certain places. Overall our stay was good but I think the room...
