"I have been using this hotel as a base to travel around India, for the money i think its great, staff are fantastic, great food in the restaurant and its close to the airport. Only downside is the Dwarka link road is horrendous for traffic and theres nowhere to walk to. I used Uber Moto to get to/from the metro (sector 22) which is on the Airport line. Would stay again"

Due to his excellent service our experience from the front desk to the hotel check in became smooth and hassle free. We also enjoyed our experience at the breakfast table. "Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "
