"Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."

"eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management."

"The Robertson was a great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was large and spacious. The view we had on floor 43a was amazing, especially at night. It was very convenient having the food stalls and stores just outside the residences. Easy to walk to Jalan Alor for food. I would stay here again. "

"The property is a bit old. Towels are old and torn. The lift moving up and down can be heard constantly throughout the day and night. Train line from both directions are constant, you’ll get use to it. But it certainly will wake you up. Good is the sofa, kitchen, and comfortable bed. TV Streaming and Internet is also good. There’s only two lifts and if one is broken, you’ll wait for very very long, as in nearly 30 minutes. We ended up walking down the stairs. Shower is cold, the hot water is not...

It's not in the heart of the Bukit Bintang action, but it's good because in the immediate vicinity there are multiple cheap, good restaurants that give a decent slice of KL life. And, there's a good cafe at the end of the shopping strip that works well for getting laptop work done. And three handy stores that have basic stuff. The unit's separate bedroom is great: I worked in the apartment (it's definitely not a hotel room) a fair bit, and the wifi...
