"Had a great time staying at this property. The staff were very helpful as well as understanding when i spoke to them. The property is near several convenience stores and was walking distance to the train station as well as some major sight seeing locations. Clean and tidy and loved the bathroom in the evening for a relaxing bath. "

"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"Great place we loved it"

"The room was big, clean, the beds were comfortable and they had amazing pillows! There’s a Laundry room with 4 washer and dryers, which truly helped us! The hotel is close to Kyoto station. I loved that there’s a compartment with one bed, and then 3 twins together. If you arrive before check in, you can leave your luggage by the front desk and it’s completely safe. Overall, a great hotel and I highly recommend it. "
