"The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. "The stay at IHG was fantastic , the property is very well located on Marine Drive. You can catch breathtaking sunset from the rooftop bar . There is also a pool on the rooftop. Room is very clean thanks to Datta service . The best asset in the hôtel is the staff. Reception was very helpful . And the best crew ison the breakfast . Always smiling and ready to help you. The dishes are great on order or buffet style. Great to start the day ! I will always choose this hôtel when i can to mumbai ."
