It was a real pleasure to come back to this wonderful home after a long day filled with fantastic experiences. We are very thankful for having the opportunity to stay here. "This lovely hotel is located 2 blocks from a city bus line. There are a variety of small restaurants nearby. There is even a karaoke bar-Bar Dam-that was a blast to sing at with locals. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and I would vacation here again."

"Everything is great and value for money. The only thing you may need to consider is the 10-15 minutes walk from railway station and major visitor's area , though they provide shuttle to the railway station."

"This hotel is in the middle of two subway lines 6min and 9 mins walk and next to Nijo castle. The hotel does not have a receptionist full time. But they will gladly receive your luggages if you have them ship and alert them. But this mean you have to bring your luggage’s to the shipper for your con’t travel which could be a pain because most locations are a good walk or closed on weekends. The rooms are roomy, but lack of hangers , night stands , shower stall stool. The washer and dryer...

"The hotel rooms were the biggest we stayed in when we were in Japan and the staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. The only downside was the location, which is a bit of a trek from the city centre."

Fast responses and overall a great stay :) 9.8/10 a little bit dusty specifically the top of air conditioner but hey, it’s an older place, it was expected and part of the vibe. "The room was spacious and very well designed. There were two bathrooms which was such a bonus. The room was very clean and esthetically pleasing. The washer/dryer combo was very convenient and much appreciated. There was someone onsite during check in to help with the process. I would stay here again."
