"My room was in good condition. The concierge was very nice. However, housekeeping left much more to desired. They never did one thing right and never provided me with wash cloths. They also never cleaned the shower 🚿 during my stay of 10 days."

Such incredibly good value - for a central location, metres / feet from the subway - heated pool and steam room, large rooms with separate dining nook and bar fridge, basic breakfast buffet included; the usual WiFi, TV and AC - and excellent service. This will be my go-to for future trips to Rio."
