I could hear multiple conversations from different directions from room 2020. The free washer, dryer, and detergent were greatly appreciated. I could smell cigarettes being smoked in the morning and in the evening. Not a place worth going out of the way to come back to. More of a drive by option."

"This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience."
