"Overall, this was a great experience. The room was great, was comfortable for my family of four to stay in. Staff were always friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable about any question I had. Having a kitchen was very useful, was able to cook a meal when I wanted without having to go out. Location of the property was also convenient with both 7-Eleven and GS25 within short walking distance. "

"Lots of shops close by for essentials. 10 min walk to nearest metro with good links to central Seoul. Walk back from metro is up steep road. But not too hard."

"The only hard issue is that you must have a Korean speaking friend to get along with. No one speaks English there, and all the controls are in Korean. Even flushing the toilet, which has this smart control- it's in Korean. So basically, this is the only hard part. Besides this, everything was perfect"

"Just about 5-10 min walk to metro. Clean and laundry available on site. Safe and not noisy. Room was small but we didnt spend much time hanging in room. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Very clean modern room, with access to shopping and restaurants. A bit far from downtown Seoul but that reflected in the price of the room. There's a metro stop right near the hotel, but I opted for a cab to Gangnam (30 min) as it was much too complicated to take the metro. I would stay here again. "

"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Very close to Suyu metro station. Many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. To Seoul station the metro takes about 25 minutes. Clean room,friendly staff. Decent value for money. Bed was a bit hard. But overall a good stay. Recommended"

"시그니처 룸 2인이서 사용했고 너무 만족했습니다. 시장 한복판이라 주차 안되는 점 말고는 방이나 편의, 컨디션, 컨텐츠 모두 다 좋네요. 위치도 돌다리 근처 맛집이랑 구경하기 최적이라 여행객들이 와도 되겠더라구요. 너무 재밌었어요. 그리고 의외로 밖이 엄청 시끄러운데도 방음이 너무 잘돼있는지 조용히 꿀잠 잘 수 있었어요."

"Ok stay. Hotel a little dated, it is located on a good bus route. 20 mins to the markets we wanted to visit. Really good affordable restaurants in the area. Would have liked to stay abit more central but then we wouldn't have eaten at local great places. Would have liked bigger towels and a kettle in the room. Also the bed sheets don't feel soft but comfortable mattress. Could improve in some areas but ok for prince in Korea. "
