"The hotel is so beautifully decorated and is very clean and well maintained. The staff members are very friendly. In the morning, a lovely breakfast is offered. The location is excellent - very close to restaurants and shops. Overall, my family loved our stay at the Hotel Kronenhof. "

"The accommodation is a little dated in places (some broken tiles in the shower and on the floor of the toilet). The double rooms have a spacious wardrobe, a practical washbasin, a small work desk and a TV. Unfortunately, the double room on my floor (2nd floor) had no lounge and no kitchen/fridge. It was a little too expensive for what was on offer. "

"The hotel was renovating while we were there and we enjoyed a new room. We weren’t able to get the room we asked for but staff accommodated us sufficiently. The quality of the rooms is excellent. If you come during 2025 you may have a few issues but staff work hard to make it right. "

"Perfect option for our stay at the end of our trip before a morning flight. 2 stops on the tram (right outside the hotel) to the airport. Small but comfortable room. A little strange that the shower is in the bedroom (we took turns going to the lounge for privacy) but worked just fine. "

"By Zurich standards the JET is a bargain. Room are sizable compared to many budget hotels. Comfortable beds ad good lighting and plugs for charging. Parking in the area is a plus. I had an early checkout for my one night so cannot comment on breakfast"
