"Location is perfect. I caught the bus A11 to Ibis, finial stop to the bus station which is opposite of the Ibis. Staff was so friendly and helpful especially Kenny. Only one thing was very disappointing, they stopped providing the milk and tea bags."

"Great location, 3 mins walk to TST East station. Easy access with luggage from station to the hotel. Check in/ out were efficient, bell counter was very helpful in keeping the luggage. Consider all the hotel room in HK are generally small, size of room in this hotel is quite reasonably to me. "
