"This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff. "

"Our room was clean and overlooked the canal which was lovely. The rooftop patio wondered lovely views of Venice and was covered except if the breeze exceeded a certain amount. The property has an elevator which goes to Level 2 and we were only a short flight of stairs up to our room. Staff was welcoming and very nice to deal with during our stay."
