"As this is the second time we come to Japan we liked this hotel a lot better than our last hotel experience in 2024. The staff was great and English was not an issue for most. Close to 2 stations and konbini right outside the main door."

Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"The Green Palace Hotel location is excellent in a business , residential area , few minutes in walking distance from a subway ; two subway stations from Central Train Station, well connected to all main attractions and places of Interest . Excellent breakfast and service . Amazing staff. Reception stuff speak English In elevator, the ceiling looks like a night stary sky while a difuzor plays a peaceful ambiental music . Nice touch; same, the bamboo garden following the steps to the restaurant...

"Great location— not too busy but close to busier areas. There was a really nice street with restaurants / shops about 10 minutes away. Staff were helpful and let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. Room was very small but we knew it would be and we were only staying 2 nights."
