"The Okura epitomizes graciousness and dignity. Starting with the unobtrusive attentiveness of personnel and extending to peaceful design esthetic, furnishings, room comfort, and every other aspect of my visit (Heritage Wing). This will be my choice in Tokyo from now on. "

"Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The design, food, room size, and cleanliness were all top-notch, but what really stood out was the staff. We had the pleasure of interacting with Nabin and Nico during our stay, and they were both incredibly attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location also makes it very easy to get around using public transit. Overall, a fantastic place! Highly recommended."

"The staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. It's well located right next to the subway train station and the Imperial Palace. We are offered"

"Excellent facilities, much larger rooms than average for Tokyo, friendly staff, exceptional dining options in the property and a 1 minute walk to the Nagatacho station on the Hanzomon/Yurakucho lines makes it a great base to explore Tokyo. 10 min walk from dining and entertainment options in Akasaka, but otherwise in a very quiet business district."

"Right in the Akasaka district with plenty of access to all of Tokyo. Disney Sea is 45 min away and Shibuya is 12 min away….and everything else all by train. The food district in Akasaka is a 10!"

Buffet breakfast was great and we tried the special Japanese Bento box experience which was very impressive. View from the bar was incredible. Location very easy to explore. Rooms were large, well equipped and privacy screens were great for people sharing. Staff all so helpful, kind and professional."
