We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again. "We booked deluxe apartments, as we know most apartments and hotels in Japan are small. The apartment is big for japan standards. I can opened 3 big suitcases at the same times and still spaces for people to move around. The apartment is clean, amenities are as described. I like that it equipped with washer/ dryer. The area is quiet but not very far from shopping street ( okachimachi sta- 12 minutes walk). Nearby is local market. "
