Only negatives were the noise from the people in the apartment above, dragging chairs across the floor, & conversations were clearly audible. In addition the bathtub could use a non-slip mat. The tub became very slippery while showering. WiFi was very good! "

"Our reservation and pre-payment were not honored. Host was not in touch until check in day and then said apartment was not available. Had to work hard to get a partial refund and find other housing. Had a challenge with hotels.com customer service - “representatives" claimed to human but were probably artificial intelligence programs that did little to help. This property was a big disappointment, though it looks okay (photos, reviews, location) on hotels.com. "

"Extremely spacious apartment in a very good location. Pre check in information from the host was very good. The apartment had everything you needed including good Wifi. Supermarket shopping close by and a large shopping mall across the road. Staff at reception were very helpful. No complaints."
