"Staff is wonderful. They can book all the attractions for you right there. Location was great! 10 min walk to all the major sights. Right on the water so can take the water taxi straight from the airport and be dropped off at their dock so you don’t have to struggle with luggage in the city! Resort is very updated and modern but still has the authentic Venetian feel. Bar was wonderful some of the best drinks I have ever had and the best spritz we have had in Italy."

"Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment. "

Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Wonderful stay! Rooms are super clean, service and communication on how to get to the hotel when you arrive in Venice is awesome! The small breakfast with coffee, juice and a croissant is a beautiful touch. Great location away from the action but close enough that you’re only a few minutes walk. 3 floors to carry suitcases…not an issue for us and hey it’s Venice so best know about this rather than being disappointed when you arrive! Highly recommended!"

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "

"We had an excellent room on the top floor with a balcony. Great AC in the room. Staff at the front desk were helpful (and spoke English) and always available when we had a question. Breakfast was good with a variety of pastries, eggs, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and juices. Hotel location was the best part; right between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco."

"Very easy to get to if you take the vaperetto to the Zaccaria stop. Easy walk to San Marco and the Doges Palace. Also, it is only about 100 meters from the only coin-operated laundry in Venice (well, we were told that it is the only one)."
