"Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. The room gets very hot so I had to leave the windows open all night. About 25-28 minutes from the city and 10 mins from the Porta Nuova station I would stay here again if I didn’t have any other options in Verona. On the plus side breakfast is good and the staff named Precious is very welcoming and friendly! "

"Great location - directly located in the old town. Really nice views of the lake with an outdoor terrace. Parking is about a 10 minute walk or you can get a shuttle. Breakfast was very average (not the best). "

"This hotel was everything we wanted! The location was perfect (roughly 10min walk from the station and then 10 min walk to the arena area). The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable with a nice shower. A variety of breakfast food was available at the buffet with no waiting around and plenty of seating. When I visit Verona again I will definitely be booking this hotel."
