"Thank you for a lovely stay. I came with my daughter, house hunting and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The twin room was lovely, clean, comfy beds and nice modern bathroom. Staff were really friendly and chatty. Pie and chips for tea - just what we needed. Breakfast in the morning - excellent. Honestly great value too. We’ll be back."

"Not actually a hotel. It's a nice house in a quiet residential area. Airport pickup service and drop off service available. Very close to Heathrow airport but thankfully, not on any flight paths, so it's nice and peaceful. Staff was courteous and helpful, amenities clean."

"Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...

"This was probably the best hotel that we stayed at on our England trip. Super friendly staff at check-in, very clean room, and the bar on the roof was amazing for watching planes come and go from Heathrow. The restaurant had some incredible food as well. I’ve already stated that if we ever go to London again, we are staying at this hotel."
