"Overall, the place is clean, but they are extremely stingy with cleaning supplies. Communication with the reception and staff is very poor — every time you email, a different person replies, and you have to repeat your request all over again. The air conditioning is terrible; you can’t switch it on or off, as it’s set automatically to 24–25°C. If you can find another hotel or accommodation for the same price, don’t hesitate, even if it costs you a little more."
