"For the price it was great. Double bed & 2 singles slept myself & wife & 2 kids. Bathroom was clean with shower over bath. NO aircon is an issue but window open & a fan sufficed as not too hot. Breakfast was £10 an adult & £1 a child and was a decent enough Buffett although expectedly not the greatest quality. Car park was included"

"Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little...
