"The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were great and the gardens were fantastic and well maintained.Bus stops to places were right outside hotel, which was great which meant I could leave the car for a few days.The staff were all friendly and cheerful . The food in Oscars was also fantastic as was the breakfasts"

"The room has a sofa t.v. fridge and microwave aswell as it's own private bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast provided aswell. Overall good value for money. Close to supermarket and shops"

"Very pleasant hotel with nice staff and all facilities you could expect. The room was perfect, except impossibility to open window for a little fresh air inside the room (air conditioning available though). Parking is big enough to park your car safely next to the hotel. City center and docks are easy to reach by walk (we recommend the docks museum, very interesting and free admission). Huge Tesco and other food corners around the hotel. "

"I was given a double room instead of a suite, they couldn’t give me the correct room due to it being full and couldn’t refund me due to not having access to the correct system. The coffee machine didn’t work and they only gave a small amount of milk which only lasted one day."
