"Very friendly and cooperative staff. There was an issue with noise on the roadside, and they changed our room immediately. It was our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary dinner & cake at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent and memorable (Da Vinci restaurant). Fatima from Guest Relations and also other staff were very cooperative and friendly. Clean rooms and resort. The food tasted amazing and had lots of variety. Patisserie was great, the coffee and tea were always good, and it was our favourite place to come to. Also had loads of Turkish tea with lemon. Spa and the Turkish hammam were comfortable and perfect in winter. Live music in the lounge was fun. The beach was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent experience overall."
"The room was superious,quality and clean.Staff always kind and helpful.we had a chance to check heated outdoor pool was fun.we also have fun live music at night in the bar .But beside of that my daughter was enjoyed in the kids club all day long ,there were many attactions for the kids."
