"Property and facilities were excellent. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, very fresh and plentiful with lots of choices for every taste. Included coffees, juices and water. We had a great rest after a hectic day of travel."

"Had good short stay. Went well. Half hour to the airport."

"Wonderful check in staff. Hotel is cosy and very clean. A bit far from city center but next door to a very large and good shopping mall - Forum. Also metro station is just an 8 minute walk so easy to get around "

"Amazing book was clean room and stuff is so friendly. I will go back when I need again."

"The cleanliness of the rooms was average. We didn't notice any major cleanliness issues initially, but there was only one very thin sheet in the room. When we requested a duvet, we were given extremely dirty blankets without any covers, which was completely unacceptable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's location. Getting to and from the hotel was very difficult, both with and without a car, and the parking...

"Beautiful property with spacious room and lots of amenities. Loved the rooftop bar for incredible views at night. All the staff were very helpful and fun to chat with."

"A fantastic hotel located in the old city, near excellent sightseeing spots like the Kariye Mosque. The staff are very helpful and polite. It’s very clean, with large, well-equipped rooms. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place to stay if you’re visiting Istanbul."

"Breakfast very few options for non Turkish individuals ! Ending up eating bagel and jam but still charged full fee for buffet . ! Otherwise staff helpful ! Highly recommended as close to train station to take you straight to main tourist attractions!!"

"Clean room. Somewhat friendly staff. Hotel in the middle of nowhere "

"The staff was absolutely amazing! I traveled for my birthday and received a knock at the door with the staff singing happy birthday and they also gave me a cake! They were knowledgeable of surrounding restaurants and places that were walking distance. I can’t wait to go back and visit"

"The rooms are spotless and the junior suit i booked had everything you could possibly need. From the full size hair dryer, ironing board and coffee machine down to fluffy bath robes. Staff where extremely accommodating . Good turkish breakfast with additions like pastries and omletes.the spa and gym are 1st class. I will definitely be stayimg again. "Unbelievable great view over the Bosporus strait. From the roofgarden restaurant or bar you can see as good as all of Istanbul. It is also an easy and beautiful (about 1 hour) walk towards the oldtown. The Metro to the airport or the oldtown is also just accross the lobby of the hotel. We had splendid days at the hotel. Istanbul is a must for everybody to experience. We will for sure return to the hotel when we next time visit Istanbul."

"The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. No noise. Awesome scenic view from 13th and 14th floor. Cooperative staff. Excellent concierge. Only thing I missed was easy walking neighborhood. Also room is not equipped with USB port for charging. And dark curtains were not available. If somebody is on paid tour or has one's own transport, it is an excellent choice for stay. "

"Like some london hotels. 5 stars when new but not renovated for 30 years but they still call it 5 stars & there is rubbish outside but less than in london & no beggars sleeping in the streets. Reception staff kind and gave me free upgrade"

"It’s next to T1 tram service that takes you to Hagia Sofia and other important landmarks. Breakfast is also of a high standard "
