"Well the Hotel is Brilliant, rooms are specious and clean, food like breakfast is really good and nice, also reasonable value for money, just 12 minutes to city centre with reliable trains, ( 6-8 ) minutes walk to the underground train station , Hotel surrounded with residential blocks of Flats , booking through the hotel reception much cheaper obviously which is not applied to any hotels I suppose :)"

"I tried repeatedly to contact the hosts in order to gain access to the property, both through messages and by phone but my calls were constantly hung up on. Absolutely terrible behaviour! We were 6 adults and 2 children and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute with no notice whatsoever. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable. The hosts never reached out to apologize or offer any explanation. Afterwards, I read another review from January and honestly felt relieved...
